Death Walks on High Heels surprises with its occasional, well-placed humor, which gives the film a slightly different perspective, a different dimension. This approach sets it apart because giallo films sometimes take themselves too seriously. It certainly is another interesting piece from the 1970s. I'm starting to feel that giallo is simply a genre that, once Italians and Spaniards got into it, was worth exploring. I can't wait to see some more of these films.
