Nach langer Zeit bin ich wieder auf eine ausgezeichnete Anthologie gestoßen, auch wenn ich in den letzten Jahren danach suchen musste. Die Sammlung enthält vier Kurzgeschichten, von denen keine wirklich schwach ist, was definitiv ein Erfolg ist. Jede der Geschichten ist thematisch interessant, egal ob es sich um einen perversen Psychopathen, einen Schamanen mitten im Sumpf, einen Zirkus mit Freaks oder mordende Kinder aus der Nachkriegszeit handelt. Die Atmosphäre der 80er Jahre, steigende Spannung, viel Blut und Vincent Price. Was könnte man mehr wollen?

A surprisingly very unpleasant and morbid old-school anthology. I have to say that the limit of visual and make-up effects and gore reaches its peak here and exceeds all possible limits. All four stories are properly balanced and very brutal. For me, a lot of satisfaction after a long time. 80%.
