Englisch Dolph Lundgren has surprised me a lot by this movie. I also have the user Testament to thank for basically pushing me towards watching it. Skin Trade is a classic B-grade action movie that’s pleasant to watch and the camerawork isn’t bad at all. The environment the movie takes place in is just a little cherry on top that can’t possibly ruin anything. ()

Englisch A solid action B-movie with a stellar cast and decent visuals. The story is quite decent for the genre, except that I personally didn't like that all three stars are cops, I would have preferred a classic form so I could have a clear picture of who to root for and who to wish death on. As for the action, it's very decent, even if we mostly don't see it until the second half. There are only three fights, two of which are particularly nice, Tony Jaa vs Dolph Lundgren and Tony Jaa vs Michael Jai White, and yes this is definitely a fan's dream come true and the potential used to the fullest. Properly hard, solid technique, top notch cinematography without editing, the punches hurt even the viewer, the precision and high cadence of the punches makes this fight very charming, although no more familiar style is present here, it's classic old fashioned, only Tony is on a rampage here with his flips and uppercuts and it's a joy to watch. You can also look forward to a decent chase, which will also please parkour fans, and two bloody shootouts. The pace is decent even without the action. I'm saving my five stars for Kill Zone 2, where we'll see some well-known Hong Kong stars fighting. 80% ()

Englisch We've seen it all this many times somewhere else, and even more so the script. But when you have Tony Jaa vs Dolph Lundgren and Tony Jaa vs Michael Jai White on the screen, you get the feeling that there will be something to watch, even if the editing is the silliest and the budget the smallest. And there really is something to watch. A thoroughly satisfying average and, within the action genre, competent thing that may yet ably reincarnate Lundgren's otherwise declining career. ()
