I didn't mind the lack of action in the previous episode, but this one lost its tension and atmosphere, leaving us once again focused on Carrie and her endless skeletons in the closet. It's getting tiresome since this happens every season. Honestly, if it weren't for Javadi and Adal, there wouldn't be much to watch. And that unnecessary explanatory scene at the end? WTF? If you didn't get it before, you might want to switch to a different genre.
