Die einzige Garantie für qualitativ hochwertigen argentinischen Horror bleibt Bogliano. Denn dies ist eine verpatzte Dämonensache, die vom erwähnten Remake von Nacht der Dämonen weit entfernt ist. Absurd hässliche Heldin, an manchen Stellen sogar abstoßende Optik (digitale Landschaft um das Haus herum!) und die fehlende Atmosphäre sind verheerende Elemente für einen guten Horrorfilm. Ganz zu schweigen von dem warmen Ende... Der Film punktet einzig mit anständigem Gore und ein paar interessanten Masken. Ansonsten wirklich langweilig. (30%)

The 6.9 rating on IMDB clearly shows the quality of this great Argentinian horror film. The comedy label is redundant for me, as I didn't laugh once, but this film earns its attributes elsewhere. I must commend the excellent work of the make-up artists, the last time I saw better gore was in Evil Dead. This is real carnage from start to finish, the house is covered in blood at the end! There are some excellent, almost uncomfortable to watch scenes, like the tearing out of teeth, eyes, or a drill stuck in a throat. But the only downside is that the film lacks suspense, but those who like bloodbaths can't miss this flick! :) Solid stuff.
