A fairly modern film that appears largely comedic but still has a deeper layer. It doesn't stand up to comparison with The Wolf of Wall Street, even though the theme is very similar. It's quite important that it's based on a true story, which adds to its intrigue. However, the film focuses too much on the laid-back part where it's clear it wants to appeal to young people who want to have fun and watch others having fun, which unfortunately often means drinking and partying. However, it's quite solidly handled.
