Mothers are People

This documentary is part of the series Challenge For Change, which concerns working mothers. Joy, a biologist, works in the research department of a large company. She is a widow and the mother of two school-going children. She grew-up in Jamaica and now lives in a major Canadian city. She speaks about dilemmas concerning her work and her children.
