I feel like this movie has an amazing rating from Czech reviewers mainly because the voice acting was done by the cream-of-the-crop of Czech dubbing and it’s given the movie a whole new dimension. Not only do the characters radiate graciousness and kind-heartedness, but it also fits the story really well. It accurately portrays the feelings of ordinary people in the USA around 1968 and I think that this movie could be a prime example of how people used to think. Nowadays, viewers probably wouldn’t take many opinions away from this movie (for example, the debate about studying at schools), which could discourage them, but the character of deaf-mute John Singer can really soothe a soul.
